David Beador may appear to be on Twitter, but according to his wife, Shannon, and her Real Housewives of Orange County co-star, Tamra Barney, the Twitter account in his name is a fake.

Earlier this week, the David Beador Twitter account caught the attention of several fans of the show with its posts about the marriage between him and Shannon, but after several phony posts by the David imposter, the reality star's wife set the record straight.

Moments later, Shannon added a second tweet.

First to take note of the account, however, was Shannon's friend and co-star, Barney, who shared the following screenshot of the account, encouraging fans to beware of the fraudulent profile.

Also on social media recently, David Beador's mistress was allegedly revealed. According to a Real Mr. Housewife report at the end of last month, the woman's identity and photo were shared online by an unnamed Twitter account.
