'Days of Our Lives' Spoilers: Paige Officially Next Victim Of Serial Killer, How Will JJ & Eve React? [PHOTO]
Serena Mason's (Melissa Archer) body has only just been found, but another young female in Salem will soon become the new focus in an ongoing murder investigation on Days of Our Lives.
5 Possible Suspects Posing As The Serial Killer
Paige Larsen (True O'Brien), the one-time sweet and smart girl with a bright future at Stanford ahead of her, who was betrayed when her mother, Eve (Kassie DePaiva) and boyfriend, JJ (Casey Moss) slept together behind her back, causing her to seek out a more dangerous and less careful side, will become the next victim of the unidentified serial killer who is now working his/her way through Salem -- and her shocking death will destroy the two people who have regretted what happened and tried to prove how much they loved her ever since.
JJ has been working undercover with the DEA in an attempt to ensure that Paige stayed safe after he saw her hanging out with a dangerous new drug dealer, Kyle (Michael Cardelle). Paige later learned the truth about why he was getting so close to that scene again, and truly worried about JJ's safety when she realized Eve had also learned the secret and had outed him to Kyle. After Clyde (James Read) then killed Kyle and appointed JJ as the new head of his drug dealing operation, he warned the young man that if he ever betrayed him, both Paige and Jennifer's (Melissa Reeves) lives would be on the line.
After JJ learns Paige has been killed, he will likely suspect his boss is behind it -- but will fear for both his and his mother's lives too much to say anything-and the fact that his job couldn't save the woman he loved will crush him.
Meanwhile, Eve will be devastated because her whole life revolved around her daughter, who she felt was the only person she had left in the world -- and losing her will cause everything she's ever lived for to feel pointless. However, in her grief, she may turn to someone unexpected for comfort.
Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
