Leah Messer's Teen Mom 2 drama is off the charts, but off-screen, she appears to be perfectly happy.

Although the reality star and mother of three continues to battle rumors of bad parenting and drug use on the show, she recently shared a positive message with fans on Facebook, letting them know she's "grateful," despite her ex-husband's allegations against her on Teen Mom 2.

"There are so many beautiful reasons to be grateful," the message read.

Corey Simms Shares Elaborate Message On Twitter Explaining His Allegations Against Leah Messer

During the sixth season of Teen Mom 2, Messer's ex-husband Corey Simms, the father of her twin girls, Ali and Aleeah, 5, claimed she was an "unfit" parent in court, and alleged she was hiding a "drug problem" -- a claim he stands by.

However, according to Messer, she's not addicted to drugs. Instead, she has said, she was dealing with emotional issues throughout season 6, which she dealt with in treatment while filming the show.

"Things had changed with me, and I could feel that," Messer explained of her decision to get help for issues of stress, depression and anxiety during a taping of the Teen Mom 2: After Show earlier this year. "So, I knew I needed therapy. I knew I needed some kind of help. I needed that kick-start."
