Taylor Swift And Harry Styles At Tattoo Parlor For New Ink [PHOTO]
One Direction's Harry Styles and his girlfriend Taylor Swift held hands at a tattoo parlor in Los Angeles on Tuesday, trying to get through the painful procedure of a new arm tattoo for the British singer.
Styles, 18, added to his collection of body ink after arriving in California with his fellow band members. He and Swift, 23, went to Shamrock Tattoo Parlor where the 'What Makes You Beautiful" singer got a huge ship design on his upper left arm, right next to the heart he has inked on his bicep. The tattoo looks almost identical to the one actor Reeve Carney sports in Swift's new music video for "I Knew You Were Trouble," however, it could be just a coincidence.
Styles has almost 20 tattoos, including a large pair of birds on his chest and the phrases "Things I Can" and "Things I Can't" on either forearm. Earlier this month, 1D members Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson also got new tattoos.
All the band's singers have body ink but Niall Horan is the only member who just has one. He confessed in November that he has one on his rear end that says "I love SE."
1D will begin their second headlining world tour on Feb. 23 in London, England. The 100-plus show tour will take the band to countries including Ireland, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Australia, the U.S. and Canada.
Styles turns 19 on Feb 1 and Swift reportedly is looking to buy her beau $80,000 worth of Beatles memorabilia. Styles is a huge fan of the band and London's Daily Star noted that the Nashville native called around Liverpool record shops asking about the birthday present.
Harry spent £900 [$1500] on Taylor for her recent birthday, and now she wants to repay the favour - and then some," a source told the British tabloid.
For Swift's 23rd birthday on Dec. 13, Styles bought her 23 cupcakes and a $650 Jimmy Choo bag and earrings. They spent the week of her birthday together in England and Styles where they were photographed having dinner together and Styles drove for two hours to take Swift to the George and Dragon Hotel in Great Budworth, Cheshire.
