Did Michael Phelps Subtly Apologize To Taylor Lianne Chandler?
With that being difficult enough, Chandler added more on Twitter where she said that nothing is worse than a man telling her everything will be okay, but then turning his back.

Chandler became the product of scandal about a year ago when she claimed that she and Phelps were dating. Phelps never confirmed nor denied this, but his alleged ex has been gung ho about it to the point where she's spoken in a number of interviews on the kind of person he is.
Chandler also made headlines when she revealed that she was born intersex and was raised as a male. All of the gossip and chatter gave the woman a good haul of popularity and she eventually made her film debut- in an X-rated version.
She starred in a porn video that was based on the life she supposedly had with Phelps.
