The cast has been shooting Season 7's sixth episode, which will feature a huge party. Parties on The Vampire Diaries are known for getting pretty intense.

She initially shared an Instagram picture six days ago of some pretty lights and dished, "Look's like someone's having a party!"

She shared another picture with party guests included and noted it's for the sixth episode of the season.


Many characters look to be involved in this party given the number of chairs on set for the actors and actresses.

Wersching snapped a photo with her onscreen son Damon (Ian Somerhalder) so it looks as though they'll be spending some mother-son time together.

Wersching also shared a photo of Enzo (Michael Malarkey) looking quite dapper and shy.

She also revealed a snap of Damon and Stefan (Paul Wesley) together, but it looks like it was perhaps between takes since she captioned it, "See look...they DO read your tweets!"


We're definitely looking forward to yet another party in Mystic Falls.

The series returns to The CW in the fall for Season 7 on Oct. 8 at 8 p.m. ET.
