After meeting with her lawyer, Amy Lawrence, the reality star is informed of what her alleged attack on Nathan Griffith may cost her.

"It's not anything we can take lightly. You're looking at 30 days in jail," Lawrence informs Evans in the sneak peek of next Thursday's show. "You're looking at a fine, and the problem with criminal domestic violence is that it carries the penalties of a felony, and the negative connotation that comes with it... You don't want that when you go to find a job."

"It should have never escalated to this level, and it can't happen any more because your child deserves better than that at the end of the day," Lawerence continues. "This is the thing: When everybody's broke up and their hearts are hurting, the issue is that you guys use your baby as a pawn to hurt the other. I know he's doing it, and I know you're doing it. That's not the game we're going to play because the only person that loses is Kaiser."

And Evans agrees, telling Lawrence, "I'm not trying to keep Kaiser from Nathan, we just need to work a lot of things out."
