Brown was joined by his wife Alicia Etheredge in a sit-down with the hosts of The Real. It will certainly be an emotional one as its his first interview since Bobbi Kristina passed away on July 26.
In one clip of the second season premiere, he reveals he’s at peace with God’s decision to call Bobbi Kristina home.

“We prayed and hoped for six months, for something better to happen. But when God calls you, He calls you. And I’m sure her mother had a part with ‘Come on, let’s get her up here…’ In the best way possible. She just…you know. She was not comfortable by herself. She just called my daughter with her.”
Bobbi Kristina is the only child of Whitney Houston and Brown. Houston passed away in very similar circumstances and was found unconscious in the bathtub of a Beverly Hills hotel. Brown and Houston had a very controversial marriage before calling it quits years before Houston passed. Bobbi Kristina and Brown were estranged until roughly a year before her passing.
In another preview Brown gets real with the hosts and admits, “I might walk back there and start crying…If I could’ve been there two days before it wouldn’t have went down like that.”
He also adds that his most favorite memory of his late daughter is “her smile.”
