Sharon's latest lie is telling Mariah (Camryn Grimes) that she is pregnant again despite only just recently miscarrying as the traumatizing gun showdown happened with Dylan (Steve Burton) involved.
And with that lie comes her secret she's keeping from Dylan. He isn't even aware that she miscarried and is still under the impression that she is pregnant with their child.

In the sneak peek below for the episode airing today, Sept. 14, it appears as though Dylan will catch on that Sharon is hiding information from him and Mariah may know what's going on so he will ask Mariah about it.
"How come I get the feeling you know something that I don't?" Dylan asks Mariah.
According to Soaps, Dylan will actually assume perhaps Mariah is pregnant given the glances and such that have been occurring between her and Sharon, but Mariah will squash that theory.
Plus, Sharon's doctor will confirm that she isn't pregnant in this episode, yet she will continue to lie about it since it seems as though she believes she'll lose Dylan without being pregnant. Sharon's doctor will suggest fertility help.
