Two months after the Teen Mom 2 couple parted ways, they have allegedly come to an agreement regarding the custody and visitation of their one-year-old son, Kaiser, and according to the latest report, it is quite strict.
"Kai is with Nathan's mom this weekend, with Nathan's daughter," a friend of Evans told Radar Online, "And Nathan is seeing them today with his mom."

The report claimed Griffith is only allowed to see Kaiser under the supervision of his mother. And while Griffith lives in his own apartment, Evans is reportedly refusing to allow him to keep his son overnight, and the same goes for Griffith's daughter, Emery.
"Jenelle is really glad he's spending time with the kids because they need bonding time with their father, no matter what her and Nathan's personal issues are," the friend explained. "But Jenelle would rather have the kids stay at Nathan's mom's."
"Jenelle isn't comfortable with Nathan having them overnight," the friend continued. "Nathan's mom wanted to spend time with Kai since they didn't see him in so long."
Evans and Griffith parted ways in July after two years of dating and a January 2015 engagement.
