Vicki Gunvalson Facebook: 'RHOC' Star Addresses 'Fake Cancer' Rumors Regarding Brooks Ayers [VIDEO]
Vicki Gunvalson insists Brooks Ayers' cancer is real.

Amid allegations of a "fake cancer" diagnosis both online and on The Real Housewives of Orange County, the longtime reality star defended her ex-boyfriend, and his treatment plan, on social media.
"Cancer doesn't always look the same or affect people the same way," Gunvalson wrote on Facebook. "So many people don't understand that chemotherapy is not the only option... I will continue to say that one’s healthcare choices are a private matter and something that needs to remain private. I will always support Brooks in whatever route he chooses to take in his treatment plan."
During season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Meghan King Edmonds has been extremely vocal with her beliefs that Ayers is lying about his cancer diagnosis (he claims to have been diagnosed with stage 3 Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma), but Gunvalson continues to defend Ayers, despite their recent split.
"He isn't lying," Gunvalson added. "Unfortunately Brooks has cancer and the truth will come out very soon."
Gunvalson and Ayers announced their split on Facebook last month with a joint statement after dating on and off for four years. In their statement, the former couple told fans their decision came after "much prayer, thought, counseling, and consideration."
