Jenelle Evans is looking to be in the best shape of her life, but unfortunately, her weight loss may not be the result of a healthy diet and exercise plan.

The 'Teen Mom 2' Season Six Finale Airs Next Week

Although the Teen Mom 2 star does frequent the gym, a new report claims she's also been using Shredz, a weight loss and toning supplement, in an effort to stay fit.

"It's a multivitamin, creatine, fat burning supplement," a source explained to Radar Online on Saturday. "Creatine gives you energy."

In addition, said the source, Evans is taking 1.M.R Vortex, which offers an energy boost prior to workouts.

On top of that, "Jenelle works out two to three days a week in the gym and does two muscle groups a day," the source continued. "[And] she has cut out all soda and is drinking strictly water or juice occasionally."

"Jenelle has always been into health and fitness," the source added. "She has been doing this for about a year now."

During a recent trip to New York City, Evans shared a photo of herself on Instagram, and in the caption of the photo, which featured her participating in a video shoot, she revealed her plans to release a workout video.
