NBC's The Voice returns for its ninth season tonight, Sept. 21, which means viewers will get to see coaches Adam Levine, Gwen Stefani, Pharrell Williams and Blake Shelton perform to kick off the competition and then they'll vie for the contestants they want during the blind auditions.

Which Former 'Voice' Contestants Recently Teamed Up For A Good Cause?

The Voice's YouTube channel has revealed a few sneak peeks into the big premiere that's going down in some hours from now, including a tease of the coaches' performance. It's unlike the usual that the coaches tend to do (performing classics). This time they're performing each other's hits.

In the video below, Shelton will perform "Don't Speak," while Stefani tackles his song "Neon Light". Levine's singing "Get Lucky" and Pharrell wows with "Sugar".

These performances will surely set the tone for incredible blind auditions from contestants spanning the country.

One contestant in particular will amaze all four coaches with his rendition of "Angel Eyes," which will lead to the typical shenanigans the coaches dish out to get the contestant to pick them.

Who will Barrett Baber select? Well, tune in for the premiere to find out.

Levine is hoping the high school teacher will "take a chance" on him.

Aside from Baber's awesome performance it seems as though the coaches will be left stunned by another contestant as seen in the video snippet below.

The Voice airs on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
