Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth spent the Christmas holiday with her family and photos of them posing sparked rumors of a never-before-seen wedding band on the Australian actor's left ring finger.

Could they have gotten married over the holiday?

Cyrus posted a picture on Instagram of her and her fiance posing beside a Christmas tree and TMZ noted, "Check out Liam's left ring finger -- it looks suspiciously like a wedding band." The report also addressed another holiday picture in which the "Can't Be Tamed" singer has her left hand on her hip. A close up of the image, posted on the gossip website, got TMZ to comment that "It looks like she might have 2 bands on her ring finger, one being her engagement ring."

The couple, who have been engaged since June, celebrated Christmas with Cyrus' family including her brother, Metro Station rocker Trace Cyrus, her mom Tish Cyrus and her younger sister. Trace posted a silly photo on Twitter Tuesday, Dec. 25, of himself posing with his mom, Miley and Hemsworth, who appears cross-eyed in the photo while sporting a Santa hat.

"So Miley got me the bright orange hat for Christmas," Trace, 23, captioned the photo. "Then my mom took one of my hats lol. Gangster."

Cyrus posted on Twitter a message addressing Hemsworth over the holiday. He treated her to a hot cup of coffee and she thanked him by tweeting, "My man sure can make a good cup of coffee," along with a photo of her drink.

Though Hemsworth has been more private about his relationship, Miley voices her love for her fiance regularly on Twitter. She posted on Dec. 22, "best day ever with my future husband."

Miley and Hemsworth met on the set of their film "The Last Song," in which they played teenage lovers.
