Ahead of tonight's new episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, which features both Tamra Barney and Heather Dubrow, announcing their doubt in Ayers' cancer diagnosis, Ayers share the following tweet with his fans and followers:

Throughout season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, new cast member Meghan King Edmonds has expressed her doubt in Ayers' health (he claims to be suffering from stage 3 Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma), even going as far as to contact his doctor. Still, both Ayers and his former girlfriend, Vicki Gunvalson, insist the truth will soon be aired on the show.
During last week's episode, Edmonds not only called Ayers' doctor, but also his ex-girlfriend, who reportedly informed her that Ayers had faked cancer in the past. Edmonds also revealed Ayers' alleged doctor didn't treat patients with cancer.
