On Wednesday, TV Line shared a sneak peek of this Friday's premiere episode for the sixth season when Frank is going through a debriefing. He talks about running names through a database as a terrorism threat runs over the city. He and his colleagues figure out the best way to pull through when Detective Baker comes in with frightening news- two more bombings just took place.
Frank comes to the conclusion that with all of this danger happening, it won't be happening anywhere near him; odds are he will do everything in his power to make sure this stops for good.

Fans can expect more juicy storylines taking place in future episodes, one of them including a car hunt. A man's fancy Mustang goes missing and rumor has it that his wife might have something to do with it, according to Yahoo! TV.
The man will be played by ER actor Anthony Edwards, someone the producers are happy to have involved with the series.
"We offered [the role] to Anthony, our first choice, because he's a terrific actor with an innate talent for drawing empathy and relatability from the audience," executive producer Kevin Wade said. "We are thrilled that he's joining us for this story."
Blue Bloods Season 6 premieres on Friday, September 25 at 10 p.m. ET on CBS.
