On Wednesday, Torrance Coombs who plays Bash on the royal drama, took to his Twitter page to answer a fan's question if the character will be "happy in love." The actor gave a clear and comically sarcastic answer implying those odds are pretty doubtful.

A lot of the third season will revolve around the entrance of Queen Elizabeth as she teams up with Catherine to take Mary down. In a previous interview with Entertainment Weekly, showrunner Laurie McCarthy dished on what the powerful connection between Elizabeth and Catherine will be like.

"There's an interesting dynamic between those two women because much like Mary, Elizabeth is someone who really was never parented," McCarthy said. "And Catherine is good at being someone's advocate and much like she was Francis' advocate, she goes over there and she strikes up a very personal alliance with Elizabeth."

In another post from Entertainment Weekly, the showrunner said that Nostradamus will return, but probably not for that long.

"He will be in the series intermittently, but he's still really pissed at Catherine, so I don't think he really feels a great desire to be under her thumb again," McCarthy said.

Reign Season 3 premieres on Friday, October 9 on The CW.
