‘The Voice’ Season 9 News: Coaches Will Be Stunned During ‘A First’ For Series? [VIDEO]
The Voice made its return earlier this week and the competition is already heating up with the coaches battling for the contestants during the blinds.

The battling will only continue between Gwen Stefani, Adam Levine, Pharrell Williams and Blake Shelton as they continue to build their season 9 teams.
The Voice YouTube channel uploaded a teaser video of what is coming up next week during the reality singing competition show.

In the video, which is below, Shelton will continue using his shtick to rope in contestants to join his team over the other coaches' teams.
"I may not seem like the obvious choice, but I am," he explains to one contestant, which has Stefani laughing.
Later on, however, she will become annoyed with Shelton as she slaps papers against his turning chair and shouts, "No! No! No!"
Aside from these typical shenanigans between the coaches it seems like one of the auditioning contestants is someone Shelton knows similar to how he knew last season's Meghan Linsey prior to her auditioning for the show.
There will be "A Voice First" going down to and it seems to involve a duo that will audition.
"How long have you guys been performing together?" Stefani asks the pair and then another clip is teased showing shocked expressions on the coaches' faces and tons of celebration amongst the contestants' family and friends in the room with Carson Daly.
Perhaps a proposal will happen considering the reactions teased.
The Voice airs on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
