Jessa Duggar Money Problems: Reality Star Is Reportedly Begging For Cash And Certificate Donations [VIDEO]
It looks like things are going from bad to worse for the Duggar family. There's a new report that says Jessa Duggar and her husband Ben Seewald are money-hungry as they are supposedly begging for cash and gift certificate donations to help continue their affluent lifestyle. Even though the couple will be back on the TLC network with a new spin-off series, they lost a lot of income after TLC cut 19 Kids & Counting from the air following Josh Duggar's multiple sex and porn scandals this past summer.
According to In Touch Weekly on Friday, the couple has now come under fire from their fans after Jessa gave them "specific instructions" on how they can help their family stay afloat, now that they are expecting a new bundle of joy.
The since-deleted instructions stated, "For readers who have asked about sending gift cards to the Seewalds, Jessa told us that her favorite stores are Target and Walmart."
Jessa Duggar Wants Her Fans To Forgive Her Brother Josh
Jessa also advised her fans to send cash donations directly to her home address, it they chose to do so.
Unfortunately, many fans commented under the report with, "I don't believe any of them are broke, in the true sense of the word," while another wrote, "Perhaps not destitute but not living nearly as high on the hog as before. But Jessa also wants attention and adoration, not just the money and perks of reality TV notoriety."
Another critic wrote, "It honestly disgusts me. TLC, Jim Bob and Michelle, and all of the Duggars. It comes out there is something clearly wrong with your brother and all your family has done is cover for him-and the only thing they're focused on is getting back on TV? They give Christians a bad name."
So far, Jessa herself has not responded to the criticism.
