Something major will reportedly happend during tonight's new episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County season 10.
However, according to a new report, fans will have to wait until the episode airs to find out what the "new relevation" is.

Thoughout the 10th season of the show, rumors have continuously swirled regarding Ayers' potentially fake cancer diagnosis, but during a sneak peek at the show, Ayers' medical records were reportedly shown. Although it is unclear whether or not the "new revelation" about Ayers was the release of his medical records, it certainly could be. After all, because of the many claims about Ayers faking his illness, confirmation of his cancer diagnosis would likely be stunning to at least a few of his co-stars.
