President Barack Obama is sending Kanye West one message that is loud and clear: don't tell him how to run the country. There's a new report that says while the White House has invited the rapper to perform at a Democratic National Committee fundraiser, he is to rap and not rant at the event.

According to Page Six on Tuesday, the president will be attending the fundraiser in San Francisco on Oct. 10. While it's unsure if Obama and West will be rubbing elbows at the event, the president is making it clear that he doesn't want to hear any advice from Kim Kardashian's husband.

A source said, "There will be restrictions . . . Kanye won't be able to lecture the president about how to run the country."

DNC member Robert Zimmerman said rather sarcastically, "Kanye will be an exciting draw, especially compared to the Republicans booking Wayne Newton or Clint Eastwood. We all know how well that turned out."

Tickets for the fundraiser costs up to $10,000. West will be debuting his new song "Swish" from his upcoming album at the event.

It is also unknown is the heavily-pregnant Kim Kardashian will be in attendance, along with the rest of her family members, which include her mother, Kris Jenner, and her sisters, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian along with Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
