Bobbi Kristina Brown Update: Bobby Says Nick Gordon 'Harmed' His Daughter Amid Investigation [VIDEO]
Bobby Brown has implied that before Bobbi Kristina was harmed at the hands of her longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon just before her death, but now he has come out and said that he believes Gordon has hurt his daughter.
Bobby’s lawyer, Christopher Brown, spoke out on behalf on Bobby and made it clear that they, along with Bobbi Kristina’s estate are also pointing their fingers at Gordon.
“In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon,” Christoper said in a statement to People magazine Monday.

The comment comes as police investigate Bobbi Kristina’s incident in which she was discovered unresponsive in her bathtub on January 31. She passed away on July 26 at 22. Now, Bobbi Kristina’ estate has filed a “wrongful death” lawsuit against Gordon, accusing him of giving her a “toxic drink” that led to her being discovered. He is also accused of stealing form her while she was in the hospital.
Christopher said of Gordon, “[He] made headlines when he filed his Motion to Dismiss the lawsuit pending in Superior Court that seeks to hold him responsible for 40 million in damages.”
He went on to call out Gordon for not going through the legal process to at least try to prove his innocence.
“However, the Motion was frivolous and instead of having it heard by the Court, he has chosen to withdraw the Motion, ending that matter so that he could avoid having to give his deposition which was scheduled for the day he withdrew the Motion. Mr. Gordon will now have to give his deposition under oath.”
Given the circumstances, the statement added that Gordon’s latest move is not a shocker at all.
Bobby also said, “I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil lawsuit and hopefully the criminal action very soon.”
Bobby said earlier this month on The Real that if he were there with Bobbi Kristina, “it wouldn’t have went down like that.”
