Abby Lee Miller might want to watch her back, because it looks like we have a new Dance Moms star on the horizon. Hollywood actress Catherine Zeta-Jones recently admitted that she is a stereotypical "dance mom" as she loves to watch her 12-year-old daughter Carys perform her routines on stage.

According to Xpose on Wednesday, both Zeta-Jones and her husband Michael Douglas were on hand to cheer their daughter perform at a charity gala in New York City this week.

Zeta-Jones told the crowd in attendance, "I have a confession to make ... As I tell the truth for the first time in public, I am a dance mom. And I'm proud of it! And I'm proud to share it with you."

The proud celebrity mother added, ''And I love being a dance mom. I have to say I see it first-hand as my daughter partakes in the NYC Dance Alliance workshops ... and I love to watch those kids, and I love to see what they get, the nurturing, the fantastic amount of talented teachers.''

Zeta-Jones, who used to be a dancer herself, previously admitted that she always gets nervous whenever she sees Carys perform.

She explained, "Mommy gets nervous for her. That's the way it goes these days: I get really nervous and she breezes through it. The way that my mom used to do for me ... it all comes around."
