What Has Meghan Trainor Been Doing While Recovering From Vocal Cord Surgery?
She has been resting her voice, going to vocal therapy to strength it, and has just been kicking back and relaxing with family and friends.
The 21-year-old has been partaking in another form of art since her voice has been recovering. She has been spending plenty of time painting at Color Me Mine.
Which Of Meghan Trainor's Celebrity Friends Sent Her Well Wishes After She Canceled Her Tour?
About a week ago, she shared a video on Instagram of herself painting her "cool tic tac toe set."
It seemed to be inspired by her hit song "All About That Bass" since "BASS" was painted on one of the spaces.
Then just a couple of days ago she showed off her princess castle she painted at Color Me Mine too.
The New Englander can perhaps retire her pottery painting skills though since she officially is back in the studio.
On Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, Trainor was with Joey Arbagey, from Epic Records' A&R team as well as songwriter/producer Chris "Flict" Aparri. She worked with Aparri on a few songs that ended up on Fifth Harmony's debut album.
Arbagey shared a photo of Trainor in the studio near the mixing console.
Aparri shared a snap of Trainor playing an acoustic guitar.
"[B]ack in the lab," he shared in the caption, adding, "We coming with the heat yall!"
It's unclear if she was in the studio for her own music or if she's working with Fifth Harmony on their next album since Dinah Jane Hansen had a session with Aparri too.
