Phaedra Parks might have moved on as her estranged husband Apollo Nida is chucking his time in federal prison after pleading guilty to a huge fraud scam.

The scheme, which Nida allegedly made more than $2 million off of, resulted in Nida being sentenced to eight years in a federal prison facility. Since then, Parks has laid pretty low in the romance department, even though she has made it clear that she wanted to divorce Nida (Currently, there is no word on if she plans to go through with it).
Well it looks like things for Parks have changed because she is apparently getting close to a mystery man in the first sneak peek of The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Bravo.

She goes lingerie shopping with Porsha Williams, who holds up a piece of red clothing and said, “That’s for your FaceTime with your new boo.”
The trailer then goes to a clip of Parks and the man in a hot tub together. It’s safe to say that Parks is happy and all laughs. While she might be moving on, the fallout from her drama with Nida will also be a key story line for Parks this season.
Kandi Burruss’ husband, Todd Tucker, said that Nida is still upset he hasn’t seen his and Parks’ two sons. Tucker said that Nida claims Parks never answers the phone while Cynthia Bailey said Parks said they speak with Nida daily. Parks said, “He said he wanted a divorce. So I’m gonna get him one.”
He is also a topic of conversation when newcomer, actress Kim Fields, tells Parks “Your husband can’t be your best friend.”
Parks responds, “Well my husband is in prison…”
