Draya Michele gives an update on her engagement to NFL player Orlando Scandrick after the two hit quite the rough patch over the summer.

Draya announced their wedding plans back in July only for Scandrick to reveal that they decided to call it quits for good. He even said that proposing was a “poor decision” two weeks after he popped the question. The two went back-and-forth in a small spat via social media, only for Draya to let fans know they have gotten back together.
She told Juicy Mag Online recently that they are doing just fine after the issues.

“We’re in a really good place right now…”
As far as when the wedding bells will be ringing for them, they aren’t quite sure just yet.
“We never really set a [wedding] date, and we’re just taking our time being engaged, having fun while we’re engaged.”
Draya also spoke on her recent departure from VH1’s Basketball Wives LA. The show just wrapped its fourth season and Draya starred in the show from the beginning. But she hasn’t always gotten along with her co-stars. This time around seemed to be enough for her as she has made it clear she is not returning to the show for its fifth season… or ever.
“Yeah, I had mentally checked out of it— I’ll never go on ‘Basketball Wives’ again, but I’ll never say never bout reality TV….I just stopped being happy when I was going to work. I just stopped liking being in front of cameras, and you know, sitting own and eating lunch with people that I didn’t really like, or people that didn’t really like me, or people that I knew I would be fighting and arguing with the very next week.”
As far as if she and Scandrick will ever star in their own reality series, right now it looks like the answer is no. See what they said about it earlier this year.
