During a recent episode of Radio Andy, Andy Cohen spoke of a recent one-on-one interview between himself and Ayers, which will air as part of the upcoming season 10 reunion special.
“I interviewed Brooks, which is going to be played during the reunion. You will [know about Brooks after that interview],” Cohen explained, according to a report by Real Mr. Housewife on Tuesday.

Although Cohen was fairly vague with his description of the upcoming special, Bravo producer John Hill went more in depth during their chat, explaining, “I watched that entire thing and I was riveted. I wouldn’t be surprised if [Brooks’ cancer diagnosis is] fake, if it’s not true. I don’t think that if something is true, he wouldn’t be defending it like he is.”
As for the his reunion special with the women, including Ayers' former girlfriend, Vicki Gunvalson, Cohen said, "What I liked about this reunion was there are a lot of revelations. It was the most adult Orange County reunion that we've had in a few years...meaning there was not a ton of screaming. There were emotions; there were tears.... What I loved was there were a lot of revelations; there were things revealed that were very surprising from almost everybody."
