After Nathan Griffith reportedly arrived to Evans' home to retrieve his belongings with Henry, the Teen Mom 2 star was said to have thrown a glass at Henry's head, causing her injury.
“While [Nathan] was loading up his property into the bed of his truck, he looked up and observed the arrestee [Evans] throw something threw [sic] the – front passenger window at the victim’s [Henry] head,” a report by the Horry County Police read, according to a Radar Online report on Wednesday.

"I did feel a large lump on the right side of the victim’s head... I observed water inside of the truck along with glass pieces along the right front passenger seat, floorboard and outside on the ground just below the front right passenger door,” the report continued.
After seemingly confirming Griffith and Henry's accounts of the incident with evidence, the officer revealed Evans' side of the story didn't make sense.
Evans “stated that she walked outside and the victim got out of the truck. The arrestee claimed that she was in fear, so she threw water at the victim and the jar slipped from her hand. The arrestee stated that the victim caught the jar and threw it back at the arrestee, striking her back and then broke.”
However, as the officer explained, “This would have made the broken glass somewhere farther in the driveway.”
The officer also "did not observe any redness or any other injury to the arrestee’s back."
