Her relationship with St. Vincent has seen her finally open up about her sexual identity in public, and now it appears the love Cara Delevingne shares with the musician could have prompted the couple to take a more serious step in their relationship.

Not only did Delevingne and St. Vincent (real name Annie Clark) appear at the Chanel runway show during Paris Fashion Week and sit front row, but they also put on a romantic display of affection-but it was what both wore on their left ring fingers that has led many to speculate about the status of their relationship.
Both Delevingne, 23, and Clark, 33, sported identical diamond rings on their fingers, both of which seemed to feature large stones in their centers-and those rings have prompted talk that the two, who have been together for 11 months, are now engaged.

It wouldn't be the first time that the couple's relationship appeared to be more serious, as Delevingne did open up about the romance in an interview over the summer, where she credited being in love with Clark as helping her be happy with who she actually was as a person.
"I think that being in live with my girlfriend is a big part of why I'm feeling so happy with who I am these days," she said at the time. "And for those words to come out of my mouth is actually a miracle."
Clark has also not seemed to shy away from the feelings she has for the former model turned actress, posting a photo on her Instagram a few months ago which seemed to hint that she would accept a marriage proposal from Delevingne if it was presented.
The image, which features a note that reads "Marry me Annie Clark," was simply captioned, "Ok...".
