In Feb. 2003, two years into the Beador's marriage, David was arrested by police in Newport, Calif. Although details surrounding the years-old incident are unclear, his wife later spoke out in his defense, claiming what happened between them was nothing more than an arguement.
“There was no abuse, no physical anything," Beador insisted to Star Magazine last year. "We had an argument that was resolved very quickly afterward. I just thought that if I called the police, the fight would end. We’ve moved on; it’s over and done.”
Also during her interview, Shannon explained her thoughts going into The Real Housewives of Orange County.
“We had a sit-down with the family, and I said, ‘If we do this, we’re going to go all in — no censorship — because if you tell me you can’t talk about something, I’m not going to do it," she revealed.
