Nick Gordon Arrest Is ‘Imminent’ & Could Be ‘Any Day Now’ Amid Possible Murder Charges
Channel 2 in Atlanta found out that the district attorney in Fulton County who is investigating the case did not want the outcome to be public because it could put the witnesses in harm’s way.
Brown was found unresponsive in her bathtub on Jan. 31 which ultimately caused brain damage. She passed away at 22-years-old on July 26.

Nick Gordon, Brown’s longtime boyfriend, has been the center of the case. Brown’s conservator even filed a lawsuit against Gordon accusing him of being the one who gave her a toxic cocktail before allegedly putting her in the bathtub.
One attorney in Atlanta, Jaila Hall, (who is not working on the case), told the television station, “That whole case hinges on whether Nick Gordon had something to do with Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death.”
Hall also spoke on Gordon’s own legal response to the case, which was a 30-page document asking the judge to put a halt or delay on the lawsuit.
Hall said it was for his own protection, mainly of his right found in the Fifth Amendment.
“Anything he says in the civil case could be used against him in the criminal investigation. The outcome of the criminal investigation could be quite helpful to Nick Gordon in the civil case and it could also hurt him. It depends on what comes out.”
As for the first autopsy performed, it found no obvious cause of death.
