Blindspot's Jane Doe is about to get a blast from the past.

The tattooed mystery woman is on a quest for answers, and actor Francois Arnaud may hold the key to unlocking a piece of her shattered memory.

"Arnaud will play a mysterious character from Jane's distant past," Deadline teased on Friday. While the FBI is currently more interested in discovering who dropped Jane into Time Square in nothing but her inked up birthday suit, but anyone with any knowledge of Jane's (Jaimie Alexander) life will surely be a person of interest.

Now that the NBC series has received a full season order, viewers can rest assured that Blindspot's season 1 plot will play out with some level of satisfaction. It is currently unknown when Arnaud's unnamed character will appear, but we have the scoop on the series' next episode, "Bone May Rot" (see video below).

"Patterson (Ashley Johnson) and her puzzle-expert boyfriend, David, (guest star Joe Dinicol) decode a tattoo clue that sends the team to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)," NBC said of the Oct. 12 episode. "While at the CDC, the team discovers a hidden message on Jane's body that uncovers a plot that could have catastrophic global consequences. Meanwhile, Jane and Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) grow closer."

Blindspot airs Monday at 10 p.m. ET on NBC.
