Love her or hate her, there's no denying that Kris Jenner is one momager who gets the job done, but is she sacrificing everyone's sanity around her in order to get what she wants? That's what the new rumor is as insiders are saying Kris is making her assistants' lives "hell" with her extreme moodiness, which sometimes makes her look "very scary."

Apparently, the successful reality television star is a merciless boss who goes to extreme measures to make sure she gets the respect she thinks she deserves from her staff.

"She has this complex where she has to know that she's in control and can intimidate people," an insider tells In Touch. "But this guy she hired wasn't scared of her - so she fired him."

What's more, it seems like Kris can't keep anyone by her side as she has hired and fired four assistants in the last year. Many of those fired say that she is "super moody" and wants her life to be completely organized and perfect, while giving her staff tasks that they almost can't handle.

"Kris is extremely OCD about how things are organized, especially in the fridge," reveals the insider. "Everything has to have labels facing forward and in a perfectly straight line."

So far, Kris herself has not made any comments about the claims.
