Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s rocky relationship took center stage on last night’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, but Kardashian hit a tough point when she had to decide whether to keep it moving or be there for Disick when he needed her the most.

During the episode, Kardashian found out about Disick getting close with his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli as photos of them being together went viral online.

Momager and matriarch Kris Jenner made it clear she thought Disick was a “piece of s---” when the snapshots made their way across headlines. But at the same time, Disick had a moment in Paris when he turned to substance abuse.

Kardashian said, “Scott seems to just get worse. I wanna be mad, but then I also worry about Scott’s safety. He definitely has a problem that he has to deal with.”

One of Disick’s friends let Kardashian know just how bad it had gotten when he told her, “[Scott’s] hysterically crying and saying ‘I love you’ and just, like, suicidal talk.”

Kardashian ended up telling Jenner and her sister, Kim Kardashian, that a rehab worker did warn her to call 911 if she sensed Disick would ever hurt himself.

“You don't wanna be sorry and have not called 911,” the employee told Kourtney.

Still, Kourtney decided that the photos were the last straw for her and Disick and decided to call it quits.

“When I wake up, I feel sick. I’m just literally not he verge, of, like, a mental breakdown. I can’t do it anymore. My mind is completely made up. God just opened my eyes and was like, ‘You need to move on.’ I need it to be done.”

But this isn’t the last we’ll hear of the story. Disick is slated to share his perspective on the upcoming season that premieres Nov. 15.

In a sneak peek he reveals, “I [messed] up. I made the worst decision I could have ever made in my life.”
