According to a new report, the Teen Mom 2 star, who has been open about her addiction struggles on the show, is "still in pain," but failing to take medication after falling in her driveway due to flooding in North Carolina.
“She is still in pain,” a friend of Evans told Radar Online on Monday.

In addition to getting stitches, Evans is reportedly unable to open her jaw to eat.
“Jenelle feels like she broke her jaw and she also still has stitches in. It’s all scabbed up now,” the source explained, adding, “The bruise on her knee is horrible. It covers her entire knee.”
“Jenelle is in pain and taking Tylenol for it,” the source continued. “She didn’t get any medicines and didn’t want any. Nathan isn’t helping her... She doesn’t talk to him unless it’s about Kai. Jenelle would rather just stay away from Nathan. She usually contacts his mom and exchanges Kai with her, not Nathan.”
After Teen Mom 2 season six wrapped, Evans' relationship with her former fiance, Nathan Griffith, came to an end, and it didn't take her long to find someone new: David Eason.
“He’s a huge help,” the source says. “He cleans and cooks — even after working all day.”
