Well this week, Lucious has to face another foe, who is much more authoritative than he tries to be— The FBI.

Authorities raid the Empire building leaving Jamal Lyon shocked. He walks in in the middle of it all only to see Becky taping the whole thing. When he asks what’s happening, one of the officers makes it plain, “We have a warrant.”

Ratings Drop For Fox’s ‘Empire’, Is It Heading Toward The End?

Anika Calhoun, who has teamed up with her former arch nemesis, Cookie as well as Hakeem Lyon, is the one to tell the two “they’re getting raided the feds.”

Still, in true Lucious form, he is so unbothered by it all. He comes face-to-face with the District Attorney who has been on his tale on season and tells her, “Look wherever you’d like.”

He’s also conveniently shirtless.

He seems to take the raid a compliment and tells the staff, “We are so dangerous that even the FBI want to shut us down. That’s what I’m talking about!”

But he is hit with yet another curveball when Hakeem questions him about the charges he faced that he killed his childhood friend and Cookie’s cousin, Bunkie. Viewers know that Lucious did in fact shoot and kill him in season one. And he even spent time in jail for it, but of course not for long. Still, with the drama surrounding Bunkie, some might have forgotten that Andre Lyon and his wife Rhonda killed Vernon in the first season finale. Well it looks like that issue is resurfacing as well.

At the same time, Cookie is eyeing a possible new flame, but she is the one who ends up behind bars.
