Heidi Klum might want to clarify her words here because it sounds like she is taking a huge swipe at her ex-husband, Seal. The leggy supermodel recently admitted that her children are used to not seeing their father very much while calling herself both a "mom" and a "dad" to her family.

According to Us Weekly on Wednesday, Klum opened up about her personal life in a new interview with Redbook Magazine this month. The German-born beauty talked about how she's the head of her household and how women in general have a better advantage in life then men.

Speaking about her ex, she said, "Obviously things have changed. But they haven't changed drastically. [Seal, 52] was never your typical dad who left for work in the morning with his briefcase and would be home by dinnertime every night. He traveled a lot. The kids knew it was part of his job. I'm a mom and a dad at the same time."

Klum also talked about how she manages to juggle her multiple projects and obligations with motherhood. She and Seal share four children together, Leni, Henry, Johan, and Lou.

"Women are capable of juggling a lot of balls - we do things that guys just cannot do," she mused. "Men typically can juggle only one ball, and even then they're like, 'I'm confused. Should I put it in my right or left hand?' A lot of them have a very hard time just trying to figure out what to do with that one ball. And often they want us to hold that one too!"

Klum normally splits her time between Los Angeles and New York when she's not back in her native Germany filming for Germany's Next Top Model. She is also the long-running host for Project Runway and a judge on NBC's America's Got Talent.
