She has been working with Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) for months to keep the secret that Jake (Billy Miller) is really Jason Morgan, but now Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) will demand that Hayden (Rebecca Budig) reveal what she knows about the situation on General Hospital.

Sam Enlists Spinelli's Help In Finding Out Jake's Real Identity

Hayden previously knew that Jake was Jason and was about to tell him and Sam (Kelly Monaco) the truth when she was shot by a hit man Nikolas hired and went into a coma. When she emerged, she claimed to have memory loss and not know anything that had happened beforehand. However, after a recent MRI revealed she had recovered and that the part of her brain that normally has something to do with memory loss wasn't affected by her shooting, Elizabeth became more suspicious than ever that Hayden might actually be faking her memory loss. Now, she will confront her and demand she tell her what she actually know where Jake is concerned.

"Answer this question, what do you know about Jake?" she asks Hayden in a preview clip for the Friday, October 16 episode.

Maxie & Dillon Make A Shocking Discovery

Hayden will likely continue to deny remembering anything despite the results of her tests, and will tell Elizabeth that she genuinely knows nothing-though she will make a point to note how desperate Elizabeth seems to make sure that something about Jake isn't revealed-making her realize that Elizabeth actually knows the truth-and Hayden could store that information away and against her should she regain her memory. That way she can reveal the truth-and out Elizabeth as having known it the whole time.
