Thankfully, it looks like Lamar Odom's situation is improving after he was found unconscious at a Nevada-area brothel earlier this week. There's a new report that says even though Lamar's situation seems to be improving, as he is now breathing on his own even though he's still hospitalized, his personal life still seems to be a mess. The former NBA star does not have a will, which means his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian would inherit his fortune, should anything happen to him.

According to Gossip Cop on Saturday, even though Lamar and Khloe have filed for divorce, it is yet to be finalized as there is quite a back long of paperwork in the Los Angeles court system. That would mean that the reality television star would receive his $10 million dollar life insurance policy along with all of his assets, should the athlete pass away.

The site says that even though there are signs of improvement, Lamar is not fully awake and that doctors are not able to predict "how meaningful of a recovery" he may have.

Khloe rushed to the hospital when news broke that Lamar had overdosed on drugs while partying with three prostitutes at a Nevada brothel. He allegedly spent over $75,000 during a three-day binge.

During his time in the NBA, Lamar signed several lucrative contracts while playing for the Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, Dallas Mavericks and L.A. Clippers. What's more, Lamar's alternative income comes from his projects at Rich Soil Entertainment. Rich Soil started as a joint venture between Lamar and rapper Ali Vegas. Vegas released his own album under Rich Soil, and Odom has attempted to release clothing under the Rich Soil brand.
