'Continuum' Season 5 News: Series Creator Wants To Continue Show In 'Other Formats,' Will The Story Keep Going? [VIDEO]
The final episode of Continuum just aired, but is the story really over?
Does A 'Continuum' Star Wish Series Could've Had One More Season?
In an interview with TV Goodness posted on Friday, series creator Simon Barry mentioned that while the series has ended, there might be another way to keep the show alive.
"Hopefully, there will be an opportunity to tell some of the story of the Continuum universe in other formats, whether that's a novel or graphic novel or other forms of storytelling that haven't been invented yet," Barry said. "I think at a certain point other components will get their due, but we couldn't squeeze it into our last six episodes. I would have loved to, but there wasn't time."

While nothing specific is set in stone, the creator made it clear that he would be happy to keep working on the story.
"No one has approached me directly yet. I'm sure part of that process is up to me," Barry said. "I would still like to keep writing stories about this world and these characters. I think there are other stories to tell and I think it would be great to continue the mythology. It's so fresh coming off the show that it's hard to put your mind in a place where that becomes the most immediate thing."
As of now, only time will tell what takes place following the show's final episode.
