Enstars Readers’ Choice Homecoming Court 2015 Tournament: Which Female Celebrities Should Reign As Our Queen & Princess? Part 2 [POLLS]
Is there any autumn tradition more American than a high school homecoming? The returning alumni, the big game against the school rival, the dance and, of course, the homecoming court.
If you're unfamiliar with the concept, it goes like this: A high school student body nominates and then votes on a group of fellow students to be the king and queen of the homecoming, with the runners-up crowned as prince and princess (although sometimes, the elections are separated between upper and underclassmen). It's a high school community's celebration of itself by holding up those it sees as the embodiment of its very best (who are unveiled at the homecoming dance, natch).
Forget the prom king and queen, the homecoming court is where it's at!
And while we at Enstars may not be in high school anymore, we love the idea of having a homecoming court for our favorite young celebs. But why not mix it up and have the candidates (or more accurately, their fans) square off against one-on-one? So we decided to host our very first Enstars Readers' Choice Homecoming Court Tournament.
Below is the girls, part two. You can find part one here. And head over here to vote for part one and here for part two for the guys.
Voting closes at 6 p.m. EDT on October 29th.
Here we have 16 of 32 female celebrities to vie for the titles of queen and princess in our Homecoming Court 2015 Tournament with their respective polls. At the end of each round we'll share the results and continue with the next round until we have our Enstars Readers' Choice Homecoming Court 2015 decided.
Female Contenders For Queen & Princess
1. Ally Brooke Hernandez vs. Sabrina Carpenter
The oldest 5H member always has such a positive outlook on life, which we find magical. We can totally see her as our queen or princess on those grounds alone.
This singer and Girl Meets World star is truly awesome! We love how down to earth Carpenter is regardless of her growing status. Do you think she'd do a good job as our queen or princess?

2. Millie Thrasher vs. Gina Rodriguez
Like Reign, Thrasher is equally passionate and driven for the same exact reason. The status of Sweet Suspense seems a little unclear since the girl group is down a member again since Celine Polenghi's replacement Bryana Salaz has left the group to pursue other interests, but we imagine Thrasher like Reign will keep at it, which is inspiring and a great attribute for any queen or princess.
The star of Jane The Virgin is absolutely brilliant. She carries the romantic comedy-drama TV series so well and is so inspiring (remember her speech at the Golden Globes?).
Vote:
3. Becky G vs. Debby Ryan
Becky G is an awesome performer and is all about being supportive (remember when she addressed she has nothing but love for Camila Cabello when she started dating the 5H singer's ex Austin Mahone?). Not even a boy can get in the way of her showing support for a fellow Latina artist. We think Becky G is definitely capable of earning the title of our queen or princess given her fabulous personality and tremendous talent.
Ryan is quite the moving individual. She is gifted as an actress and musician and her lyrics carry so much depth. We think she'd make a fine queen or princess given her frank attitude and kindness.
Vote:
4. Perrie Edwards vs. Demi Lovato
This Little Mix gal has been through a lot in the last few months, but she's still standing tall, proving a guy doesn't determine her worth. We think she'd make a wonderful queen or princess, don't you?
Lovato not only has a song named "Confident," but her latest album has that title too. The singer is oozing of confidence, which is a great quality someone in control should have.
Vote:
5. Hailee Steinfeld vs. Zendaya
Steinfeld's debut in music is infectious and sends such a powerful message. She could totally perform "Love Myself" at our Enstars Homecoming Dance 2015!
Zendaya is a brilliant entertainer and recently had a Barbie doll made of her. The look-a-like Barbie doll is a replica of Zendaya from her Academy Awards style earlier this year that caused a lot of controversy. Not many celebrities can say they have managed to score a Barbie of their own under such circumstances. Zendaya's voice is used for such great things and we can definitely see her reign as our queen or princess.
Vote:
6. Cara Delevingne vs. Dinah Jane Hansen
From modeling to acting, this Brit does it all. Delevingne impressed the masses with her acting skills in Paper Towns. Plus, the young entertainer is always up for speaking her mind, which we're cool with.
The youngest 5H member is fiercely loyal and goofy, which are great attributes of a ruler, right?
Vote:
7. Chloe Lukasiak vs. Jade Thrilwall
Lukasiak is another brilliant dancer and she may not have shined as much as Ziegler on Dance Moms, but she is still a bright star and continues to go after her dreams. We think it's fabulous that she's never deterred and with that being said she is definitely a great candidate for our Enstars Homecoming Court 2015.
This Little Mix lady is beautiful, brilliant and empowering. Her and her bandmates stand for such good things through their music, which we can totally get behind.
Vote:
8. Laura Marano vs. Normani Kordei Hamilton
This actress and singer is a ball of bubbly fun! She's so sweet and energetic and we think she could totally bring a different, yet totally rad vibe to our Enstars Homecoming Court 2015 if she were to win the title of our queen or princess.
Hamilton is the last 5H member and she is full of energy and passion. We love that she is always going after her dreams. She'd certainly make a great queen or princess.
