‘The Voice’ Season 9 News: Rihanna ‘Don’t Like’ A Team Adam Contestant During Knockout Rehearsals? [VIDEO]
The Voice officially wrapped the battle rounds for its current season, which means the remaining contestants and their coaches are heading into the knockouts.
The teams heading into the knockouts are quite fierce so the knockouts are definitely going to be a wild ride especially since Adam Levine, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton and Pharrell Williams have to play extra smart since they each only have a single steal to use.
Team Adam consists of: twins Andi & Alex; James Dupre; Jordan Smith; Keith Semple; Viktor Kiraly; Shelby Brown; Blaine Mitchell and Dustin Christensen.
Meanwhile Team Gwen is a mostly female dominated team consisting of: Ellie Lawrence; Kota Wade; Korin Bukowski; Summer Schappell; Regina Love; Riley Biederer and two guys, Braiden Sunshin and Jeffery Austin.
Team Blake is not strictly made up of country acts. It consists of: Barrett Baber; Blind Joe; Chris Crump; Zach Seabaugh; Emily Ann Roberts; Nadjah Nicole; Chance Pena and Ivonne Acero.
Team Pharrell is made up of: Evan McKeel; Madi Davis; Mark Hood; Siahna Im; Amy Vachal; Darius Scott; Morgan Frazier and Tim Atlas.
Now all of these contestants got to work with Rihanna as prep for the knockouts.
In the sneak peek preview below, Rihanna is seen with all four coaches and each of their remaining contestants giving them pointers and more.
"I don't like you no more!" the international pop star actually tells Levine's contestant Smith after he blows their minds with his vocal range.
"Rihanna is an incredible advisor. She's real and she's wild and she lets it fly," Levine said of the pop star helping coach the remaining Voice contestants for the knockouts.
Each contestant during the knockouts will be selecting their own song, which could send them soaring into the live shows or heading home.
"Song choice is critical," Pharrell explained, adding, "Don't pick the right song that could result in you going home."
The Voice airs on NBC on Mondays at 8 p.m. ET and on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET.
