Corey Simms gained primary custody of his twins, Ali and Aleeah, in court last week, and now, new details about Leah Messer's allegedly questionable parenting have been revealed.

What Did 'Teen Mom 2' Star Leah Messer Say On Facebook After Losing Custody Of Her Twins?

Following In Touch Weekly's announcement of the former Teen Mom 2 couple's revised custody agreement, which limits Messer to weekends with her 5-year-old girls, a new report claims the reality star had engaged in a couple of bad habits in the months leading up to court.

The stress "is all too much for her," a source told Radar Online of the reality star, who entered treatment in May for issues of depression and anxiety. "Sometimes she drops her girls off with her mom at night and takes painkillers or drinks heavily."

The report also revealed that despite Messer's claim of going to treatment for mental issues, she actually sought help for an addiction to prescription pain pills, which she had been prescribed in 2013, following the birth of her third child, Adalynn.

While in treatment, Messer's second divorce, from Jeremy Calvert, who accused her of cheating on him months prior, was finalized. But now, the two may be headed back to court for another custody battle. As In Touch Weekly revealed, Messer's youngest daughter was recently found by cops after wandering from her home in West Virginia.

“Everyone is very worried about Addie. She recently wandered out of the house while Leah was distracted,” a family insider told the site. “Thankfully, a police officer found Addie and brought her back home. If [Jeremy] can find [a job] nearby, he’ll go for the same custody arrangement that Corey did."
