Interestingly enough, that means Draya didn’t even watch the most recent season of Basketball Wives LA as it aired from mid-July to early October.
Draya had starred in the show since its first season and while she originally got a bad rap with her then co-stars, she eventually was able to find a group of friends within the cast — Brandi Maxiell and Malaysia Pargo. But even that took a left turn after raw footage of Draya blasting Maxiell’s storyline about being a cancer survivor. She said it was “too boring” for the type of reality series that Basketball Wives LA is.
Maxiell, along with Pargo, had a huge falling out, which seemed to be the final straw for Draya to leave the show for good.
It looks like now she is focusing on her Mint Swim bathing suit line as well as her son and fiancé Orlando Scandrick. Even they saw their more than their fair share of drama on the show in a previous season as Jackie Christie’s daughter, said that she was dating him too. Since then, Draya decided not to have him on the show anymore.
