After Hospital Stay, Heather Locklear's Family Wants Her To Get Help
Last week, "Melrose Place" actress Heather Locklear was admitted to an Intensive Care Unit in Thousand Oaks, California, for allegedly ingesting a lethal mixture of prescription drugs and alcohol. Now that she has been discharged, TMZ reports that her familiy is urging her to seek treatment for her speculated addictions at UCLA's revered Lynn Reskick Neuropsychiatric Hospital.
Locklear's latest stint in the hospital is not an isolated incident. Sources close to the 50-year-old actress, told TMZ that Locklear was admitted to a rehab facility just last October for her struggle with prescription pills. After her latest trip to the ICU, family members are demanding that Locklear get help at a medical facility, rather than a "boutique" rehab center. Locklear is refusing any form of treatment for her addiction at this time.
