For Abby Lee Miller, what goes around definitely comes around. The Dance Moms star might face several years in prison for bankruptcy fraud and is supposedly so scared of what might happen to her behind bars that she's doing whatever she can to remain free.

ABC News says that the controversial reality television star was hit with 20 counts of fraud for allegedly trying to hide her income when she declared bankruptcy back in 2010. That year Miller filed a petition to reorganize her Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania studio, the Abby Lee Dance Company.

According to OK! Magazine on Saturday, there is a good chance that Miller might end up in jail just like fellow reality television and Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, who is serving one year for several counts of fraud as well. For the controversial dance instructor though, she's afraid of being bullied by her fellow inmates, the same way that she bullies her students on the dance floor.

A source close to Miller dished, "Abby is freaking out. She never thought this could happen to her. She acts tough on-air, but in real life she's as scared as anyone else would be."

What's more, Miller is yet to enter a plea of innocent or guilty, as her inner circle thinks she's just trying to buy time.

"She could lose everything," the insider added "She's been crying and saying she doesn't want to be the next Teresa Giudice, but that's certainty what it looks like right now."

So far, Miller herself has not made any comments about the fraud case. Stay tuned with Enstars for all the latest updates.
