American magician and illusionist, Criss Angel cancels his Vegas shows to join visit toddler son who was recently diagnosed with cancer, according to Las Vegas Sun.

The 47 year-old magician will be flying to Australia to be with his almost 2 year-old son, Johnny Crisstopher Sarantakos who was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Reportedly, Criss Angel had immediately canceled his Cirque du Soleil show 'Believe' at the Luxor hotel from Oct. 24 through Nov. 1 upon finding out his son's scary diagnosis. In a tweet, he told his fans about the sudden cancellation:
"For many years, Criss has championed and raised money for various children's charities here in Las Vegas, but he never thought it would hit this close to home," said one of his Cirque colleagues," statement released by Las Vegas Sun. He added that this has become a personal crisis for Criss. The magician has posted a picture with his little boy and tweeted everyone for all thoughts and prayers. This is the first public confirmation of a long-known and often-rumored child.

In recent reports, Criss is not in a relationship with his son's mother. He is reportedly dating an aspiring illusionist and Playboy model, Chloe Crawford, who recently appeared on Britain's Got Talent.
