The Young and the Restless is in an uproar between Adam (Justin Hartley) getting hit by a car with the clear intentions of killing him amongst a bunch of other things happening in Genoa City that have many of the residents riled up.

It seems like Victor (Eric Braeden) might actually calm down a bit after having quite the outburst during the episode of the soap that aired Monday afternoon.

In the sneak peek teaser video that is below, Victor will tell Jack (Peter Bergman), "I want to thank you," after Jack tells him, "Go ahead, get it out."

Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will be present for the exchange and Nikki will appear to be skeptical.

That aside, Paul (Doug Davidson) and Kevin (Greg Rikaart) will find Mariah (Camryn Grimes) unconscious, which alludes to the idea that she stumbled upon danger. In the sneak peek clip they seem really worried about finding Mariah in an unconscious state.

Did she figure something out she shouldn't have? Does she know who hit Adam? Is this situation the result of something else happening in Genoa City?

Lastly, The Young and the Restless would not be complete without some romantic problems in the mix.

In the sneak peek clip, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will give Ben "Stitch" (Sean Carrigan) a mouthful since she is not so sure his feelings for Abby (Melissa Ordway) are totally true considering how he only recently felt about her too.

"You know what, I'm sorry, but it wasn't that long ago you told me you couldn't get me off your mind," Ashley tells him, adding, "That's a little disturbing."

Ben seems uneasy that she is bringing that up. Will this wind up causing his relationship with Abby to fail?

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
