In new photos on his Instagram page released on Tuesday, the celebrity who's known for his numerous amount of plastic surgery, went on a trip to the popular strip where he posed with two lovely ladies. As they stand in front of a fountain with Caeser's Palace behind them, Alves dons a fancy button-up shirt with shorts and a pair of sunglasses.

Also known as the new 'Human Ken Doll,' Alves now has an actual doll version of himself that is not Barbie's boyfriend. Instead it is based on Alves, himself. In one picture, he talks about how the doll accurately fits his real descriptions.

Alves is currently one of the biggest stars when it comes to cosmetic surgery and reality television, having made an appearance on TV series Botched. He currently has more than 50,000 followers on Instagram.
