The enigma and the FBI agent have dropped their relationship into the Siberian tundra as per their colleagues (and therapist's) suggestion. That, however, doesn't mean there's still something boiling under the surface.

"They're arguably the most important person in [each other's] lives, and that's a heady, heavy, complicated thing," executive producer Martin Gero informed TV Line. "So, seeing them try to navigate that is a lot of fun. They're going to make a lot of mistakes, there are going to be some ups and downs, and there will be some really confused emotions. It's a roller coaster."

Bearing this in mind, when can viewers expect to see a thawing of their relationship? Next week's episode, "Sent On Tour," will push the pair to the breaking point.

"One of Jane's (Jaimie Alexander) tattoos sends the team to a remote location where they find themselves face to face with a dangerous criminal in a case that puts Jane and Weller's (Sullivan Stapleton) strained relationship to the test and threatens to expose Mayfair's (Marianne Jean-Baptiste) secrets," NBC said of episode 7.
